Meet The Team – Pete

Meet Pete. He started working with us in 2018, after we had tried to do transport ourselves in 2017 and realized what a mistake that was! We spent way more time in the car than we did in the pool and so Pete came along and solved the problem. Providing transportation has been vital to the success of the program as it enables children to attend who may not otherwise have been able to get to the swimming pool. Likkle Swimmers has been very lucky in having Pete and Mario, that have their own transport company, offering airport pickups and tourist attraction days out etc. Their support means that we can provide free transportation to children in and around the Treasure Beach community. They are trusted and respected by the community providing incredible support to us.

He is incredibly calm, extremally good at driving, and makes everybody feel very safe. We are very lucky to have found Pete, he makes Likkle Swimmers accessible to everybody and drives for hours on end trying to find children all across Treasure Beach.
